What is your policy on dismantling and reassembling bed and wardrobe?
Unless we were notified about the dismantling ahead of time, we expect to have beds, wardrobes and other similar items already dismantled before we arrive. This is to save time, avoid stress and damage to items. We know dismantling takes time but we are always ready to undertake it as long as it was included in the initial discussions.

Should I unpack my drawers before you arrive?
We can take your chest of drawers as long as it is strong enough to be fully moved and isn’t too heavy. If the drawer is self-assembly, however, it is not designed to be moved when loaded.
What is your policy on gas cylinders and flammable liquids?
Gas cylinders, flammable liquids and all other similar hazardous materials cannot be moved using our vehicles. We don’t handle this because our insurance policy doesn’t cover this so please make other arrangements. We also won’t transport strimmers, mowers and all other items that run on petrol ahead of time.

Our container size is between and 20 cubic metre unit. You will need the 20 cubic metre storage option for proper storage with the average house.

A storage unit can be booked for either one month or as long as is required, we have some clients that have had storage units for years.
